Extremely helpful staff , in all correspondence . Paperwork can be a little difficult to work through , Thou the team at St Andrews were always polite and very helpful to deal with .After 9months of not being able to work , due to my accident/injuries , the customer service team were always quick to respond to any queries with in two working days .Thankyou for assistance , season greetings and all the best to all at the St Andrews teamCheers Guy Martin
Quite possibly the most unorganised incompetent organisation I have dealt with credit card insurance sent forms they were lost. Sent again. Never heard back I had to do all the follow up all the time was just very painful.Edit. While I thank you for the reply the issue I have is that I was dealing directly with someone from your organisation.
I have recently dealt with St Andrew's twice in the past 3 weeks, and have found them to be nothing but professional, friendly, and helpful.
Lost my job, they paid out mortgage protection as soon as I was entitled. Very helpful and polite. No stress and minimal forms.
I'm under the opinion that this institution only exist to take money from hardworking people. Their credit card insurance is a total waste of time, it does nothing. When i needed the help their staff were so unhelpful and patronizing that it left me feeling deflated. They try to send ten tons of useless paperwork in hoping you will just give up. Don't bother with them.
