BEFORE you go spending big money with insurance companies........READ THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS. I'm giving Allianz their average review stars, having read at least a dozen DISGRUNTLED customer reviews and three average ones! I was looking to recommend Overseas Student travel insurance for a whole class of English Language students but i said i will check for them first. GOOGLE REVIEWS is soooooo much better than these comparison sites who get paid by certain companies for putting in favourable reviews!
Lousy customer services and dissatisfied after accident recovery services. Contact offices are across Australia and Kick the customer like a ball on the phone from 1 department to the next. Bad arrangements and mistakes were made by the car rental company and no one follow up. Only want to gain profit from earning money from clients, no good in helping people to solve insurance related problems. I have changed to RAC and it is good.
rubbish insurance. the consultant guy was disgustingly arrogant and could not be bothered to deal with client's thought. will definitely cancel my policy and go with someone else straight away
Not impressed with the customer serviced received, i realized my insurance premiums went up by way of looking at my bank account, i emailed questioning why the premiums went up more than 18% and why i was not notified, and asked what the cancellation policy is should i wish to do so, I get an email back cancelling my insurance immediately backdating a month which wasn't pleasing as i was only asking. Allianz was not able to provide any solid evidence on why such change and they kept ignoring questions i kept asking. Overall, i was not happy to continue using Allianz due top the lack of customer service i was unable to receive for such simple questions.
Had my first need to call / claim today after so many years of paying insurance and they could not have been more helpful. Were firstly concerned about my safety and were super efficient. Have arranged hire car and explained everything fully. You never plan for a claim when choosing an insurer, however, very happy with how it was all handled. Thank you!
