I enjoyed an amazing coffee at a farmers market at the weekend. Australian beans too - who knew?!Edit - I was at the Kingston farmers market. You're right Mark - that Byron Bay coffee is amazing!
Definitely the best coffee in north Fitzroy and certainly one of the best in Melbourne.
Staff welcoming and uplifting as the coffee is enlivening, a small selection of toothsome treats to accompany your beverage (it's very much about the coffee here), a soundtrack that's inventively diverting without being intrusive, a woody schoolroom furniture aesthetic, and very palpable social and environmental attunedness; I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
Well made long black, perfect crema on top served by friendly staff. One of the most reasonably priced cafes in North Melbourne. Finally a full meal with coffee that doesnt cost over $20 :) Focus is clearly on the coffee with a mini-roaster in the back and simple brick interior.
