Quite easy to register and use the parking service. I don't know what these other people complaining about. Yes it is expensive but isn't all parking in the city expensive. All and all good experience.

I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. I cant believe I had to pay almost $50 to park here for the day! ...And like other reviews, the lift didnt work for me either. Stay away from this one. The convention centre is surprisingly cheaper.
Currently an expensive and chaotic Carpark with never any spots. I always regret parking here.
