Totally biased reviews from 2 x Shrestha as they work for the business - don't be fooled these people do not know how to take care of delicate garments - FELTED an expensive cardi and felting is not caused by dry cleaning - its caused by the friction when clothes are not washed on correct wool cycle - blamed brand and did not accept responsibility for their actionsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE COWBOYS AND DO NOT TAKE CARE
