I called them to help send beautiful ballons arrangement with in a short time it was at the hospital for a new baby boy my daughter in law loved it thank so much.

I had the privilege of being witness to literally the most beautiful wedding reception I have ever seen. Not only were the floral pieces exquisite, but the depth to which it was incorporated into the rest of the flavor and style of the reception was breathtaking. Response to owner: Yes, I have the correct flower shoppe--You wouldn't find it under 'Perkins' the arrangement was a gift from my husband, purchased on the 6th of July, (11 red roses and 1 white rose)My husband called on Tuesday (10th) and spoke to a male who stated that there was nothing at all to be done.DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE!! They do not last longer than 3 days! $65.00 (or more) for a bouquet of flowers that do not last longer than three days!? Very very disappointed in the lack of guarantee in their own product! Poor communication and empathy towards their inferior product!
Patches is the most professional and friendly flower shop I have ever dealt with. If you want a truly creative and unique arrangement at a reasonable price I highly recommend them.
The owner went out of his way to procure calla Lillies for a small casket piece. The other florists would not help me to find the flowers for my mother. This shop went above and beyond what was needed. They care about the customer. I highly recommend the shop.
