I am super happy with my experience at Aaron's here in St George, Utah. I love dealing with the management there as she ACTUALLY cares what I have to say, what I am looking for, and what I want. The transparency I have been given regarding the right furniture for my home (as I have 3 dogs and a toddler) has been AMAZING and so much appreciated. I will continue to do business with Aaron's.. No doubt about it.
Carrie is truly a saint she makes time for you and helps measure things and discuss fabric. She is very knowledgeable and is really there for you as a customer and as a friend. Very helpful love this store!!!!
I am writing this review because this company has screwed me over multiple times, the management is horrible there! Keri who is the store manager is very rude and calls you names. I will not be giving this place my business ever again and a law suit will be going against them due to the "electronic funds transfer act" for running my card 3 times without my permission. They have not got in contact with me once about my account and have ran my card when I have told them multiple times to remove my card off the account. Do not give this place your business. Rent a center is a much better option and has great customer service!!
I have been dealing with this company for two years. They have never done me wrong. Each time I have called they have been friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend people to go through them. Their customer service is outstanding.
