Had a muffler installed here about a year ago. Worst job I have ever seen. Every weld leaks. Total amateur job at best. Here I am one year later having someone else replace the piece of junk muffler they installed because it has already failed.
My low tire light came on in my car so i went to Gene's to see if they could help. The young man ( I didnt catch his name) checked all my tires, told me how much air they needed and put air in for me! He was so nice and now thanks to him, i know how much air my tires need. To someone else, this might not be a big deal. To me, it was a big deal. My husband is an OTR truck driver and hasnt been home since Thanksgiving so being able to get that kind of service is huge. Thank you again. I highly recommend Gene's. Small town friendly service cant be beat!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We called, gave them the make and model of the vehicle and they quoted us an exhaust system. We made an appointment and headed down. They tell us they can get it done in an hour. We go to lunch for an hour come back and wait another 20 minutes. At that point they tell they cant get it done because they dont have the right parts and they need to double the price because it has 2 mufflers. What!?!?! We gave you the make and model before driving down. Look it up!!!We wasted an hour driving down, an hour sitting around and an hour driving back. On top of that the employees were rude and did not care at all that they wasted our day. Very rude and unprofessional.
I was given a price to inspect my daughter's new car as we are going to Az for Easter.They checked the car and everything was fine, except tires needed air.When I went to pay, there was no charge!!I don't know of any place that would give you their time for free.The staff is very friendly and of course very knowledgeable.I truly appreciate their kindness and service.Highly recommend them.
